| ARTWORK: |
|
Camera ready, color separated black and white 600 DPI art is required. Digital artwork can be submitted either on 3.5” floppy disk or via E-mail. Files created in illustrator, Photoshop or any Mac OS compatible EPS or Tiff are accepted.

| TERM: |
|
Payment net 30 days with credit approval. First orders require a deposit. Orders will not be cancelled without written factory authorization, which will be granted only prior to imprinting or production. Visa or Mastercard is also accepted at time of order.
